My husband and I are really enjoying working with Trey. He is flexible and goes above and beyond to help us meet our goals in the best way for us. We are vegetarians and he has supported us in ways that I know other trainers might not. Trey's sessions are affordable and they work! We have only been working with him for two weeks and are we are already making a lot of progress. We have lost a few pounds and see a positive difference in our appearances. It is hard work but it is actually more manageable than I expected. The process he uses is the best I've been on because it pushes you but not to the point that you want to quit completely. He has been very responsive when we have questions and supportive on tough days when you don't know if you can make it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge 50 per session, but the best thing to do is to do a 3 month program. The program will be based on how off tend you would want to see me in a week. Before we start your fitness program, there will be a free fitness assessment that comes with it to see what your goals are, measurement, and overhead squat assessment( ask for more information if you want to know in detail what that is), and a quick 15 to 20 mins workout. To see if training with me would benefit you. I do have a referral program. This gives cilents the opportunity to earn free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I follow the Optimum performance training model. This fitness program has 6 phase and each phase focus on different ways to train the body to get maximum results. During the fitness assessment I will talk about why each phase is important and how it will benefit your NEEDS.
