- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on what client needs,training frequency and how sessions are paid for. (Paid in full vs Pay as you go) *Assistance with meal prepping, grocery shopping are an additional cost 1 hour sessions = $75.00 Group training prices will vary depending on the amount of people within a group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will consist of me taking time to really get to know a client. I want to dig a little deeper into goals, eating habits, medical history as well as take baseline measurements. Every detail matters and I want to ensure that goals are met in a realistic time frame. I like to plan training session for entire month, working around holidays and special events and discuss what client should expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR and AED certified as well as hold a national certification for personal trainers through National Council on Strength and Fitness. I have specialty certifications in agility/speed training and olympic lifting. I have been teaching HIIT/CIrcuit and Tababta style aerobic classes for over a year. I am currently working on completing a Sports Nutrition certification though NCSF.
