- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, we set up time to just chat before scheduling the first appointment. Preferably in person but if this is not possible we "meet" via Skype, Hangouts or Whatsapp. This is a very important as it gives both myself and the client an opportunity to "melt the ice so to speak" and to get a sense of the other's energy. Then we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience as a dance professional and singer, teacher, choreographer and performer. I have been a yoga practitioner for 18 years & understand the power of sound, aromatherapy, breath & movement for stress relief. I have worked as a freelancer my entire life & have had my share of stresses. I have had to learn to reduce my stress to remain healthy. StressBusters Guided Meditation is the results of my experiences.
