- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
B & E Affordable Events pride ourselves on staying within our clients budget. We also offer discounts for Military Families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we prefer to meet or have a phone call for a consultation to get an idea of what services you are needing. At that time, we also share a little bit about ourselves and photos of previous events. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will provide you with a proposal outlining services and fees.
