- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please plan for 75-90 minutes at your first appointment. You will be asked to fill out a comprehensive intake form. Heather will review your health history with you then design a customized treatment plan to effectively address your concerns. Each plan is discussed with the patient before the series of treatment is begun. Follow-up appointments are 60 minutes. Communication between practitioner and patient is essential to ensure the maximum benefits from each acupuncture session, and to achieve the desired results from the full course of treatment.
