Introduction: I have been a Personal Trainer since 2003. I am also a Spin and Group Fitness Instructor. I have worked with all types of clients with all types of goals. If you're training post-surgery, for a special athletic event, lose weight, build muscle, athletic performance, or just like having someone to help you with your workout... then training with me would be a perfect fit! I also offer nutritional guidance as well as personal cardio training plans for you to do on non-training days. Clients may also attend my group training and spin classes free with a Personal Training package.
I enjoy working with all types of people. Each client is different, and that helps me to keep establishing new and effective training methods to help each individual client. Each session is different to keep training fun and exciting.
