I definitely have a unique need regarding fitness. I have arthritic knees and I'm 22. It makes it kind of impossible to train on my own or at the gym. Joel made it so easy and his level of motivation is above and beyond. My sessions have been part training part physical rehab. For the first time I feel strong and able and it's all Joel's individualized techniques for every session. We are starting our third week and I'm super excited to see my progress! A little side note: I saw Joel working with a group of like 10 year old football boys and all I can say is he is a mastermind because those rowdy restless little guys were focused and gave it their all and they enjoyed every drill because Joel knows how to train and motivate so it feels fun.

I was looking for someone to help me drop the baby fat. I gained a lot of weight 80+ pounds! I had no idea where to begin so I turned to a trainer. It's not easy to find a good one, I trust me! But Joel is Amazing in so many ways : he worked with my schedule, he introduced me to his wife who helped me with nutrition, he is so patient and super motivating Joel helped me to meet goals I literally thought were impossible, he does the work with you, he leads by example and explains the muscle group and how it helps your overall health. I feel amazing after only a month and a half. I met Joel through a friend and I'm so glad he's been working with me. I even sleep better plus my lower back pain is gone! OMG I love my progress and it's all because of Joel!

I needed help with cutting down my mile time and not only did break 5 minutes but I recover faster now too and we've only been training for one month! Foxx is great as a trainer and a mentor, Highly recommend!
