- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee on a per visit basis. Cat visits are $20, dogs are $22, other pets will be charged depending on the level of care needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step with a new client is to schedule a complimentary meet and greet. At this time, we meet you and your pet (s) and determine the type of care needed. You also meet us and can see how we interact with your pet (s). After this introduction, we ask detailed questions about pet care and will leave a contract to be completed before the first pet visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do have a Masters in Social Work, most of my training is self-taught. I have been working with pets for 8 years and have done hours of research as it relates to my particular clients.
