- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a little above the competition because we value quality work that is meant to last for years and we always guarantee it. We provide every customer with a 5-year warranty on our labor and 20-year warranty on materials. If you are not completely satisfied, we will give you your money back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up an initial walk-through of your property to get a clear understanding of your specific needs. From there, we put together a well thought out quote for your project. Once we agree on the quote and a contract is signed, we set a start date and overall timeline for your project. Our owner is on every job to ensure quality from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a lot of education and 15 years training in the gutter business management field and we are also a licensed and insured company.
