I was disappointed to see the men came unprepared. They were missing tools and asked me if I had them. Also, they had no idea of the details of my move. Ex: moving my piano to a third floor with no stairs.
Details: Yes, I am moving the piano to another location • Baby grand • No, the move is on the ground floor • Yes, the mover will move the piano up/down stairs • 5 - 10 miles
