- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system falls into three categories: Basic - a scheduled one hour weekly session accompanied by three follow-up telephone conferences per month. The Silver package - consists of everything in the basic package as well a monthly group activity that can be experienced in person or by way of Skype. Then there is the Deluxe Package - All of the above and attendance at a one-day Reprogram Your Life Workshop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an introductory telephone call. Next there is a face-to-face get-to-know-each-other meeting and the gathering of pertinent information. At this meeting a schedule will be set that embraces the availability of both parties. There are several options available to the client designed to meet the individual needs. options for service delivery are: Weekly scheduled meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Edwards is an Ordained Minister. A graduate of Cambridge Theological Seminary with a Doctorate in Divinity, a Certified NLP Life Coach and pioneer of the Reprogram Your Life process, a psycho/spiritual approach to rehabilitation. In addition, she is a certified, Advanced Trainer with FAST National Training and Evaluation Center in Wisconsin.
