FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step when working with Fit Kentucky is a totally free consultation that is designed to help the trainer better understand the unique goals and circumstances of each individual client. The situation of each client is different, thus, we create a training plan that is designed exclusively for that individual. This consultation is what creates the initial road map for the training process, and it gives the client the opportunity to explain in detail their specific goals and desires. After the initial consultation, we offer one free workout in order to familiarize the client and the trainer to be sure that their personalities mesh. Then the journey to a healthier mind, body, and soul begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Fit Kentucky's trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine which is a nationally recognized personal training certification. All trainers are CPR and AED certified and 2 of our trainers are also Nationally certified EMTs.
