I love utilizing body weight workouts, HIIT, circuit training, and heavy lifting depending on ur desired results. I specialize in prenatal and post partum fitness and I am very passionate about educating women about fitness and helping them to see that we can go just as hard as the boys 😉 I absolutely love helping ppl meet their fitness and health goals. Being there to witness ppl do what they thought they could never do, and being an active party of that achievement is priceless.

Alicia is an outstanding trainer! She really pushed me and motivated me to reach my full potential during a session and not give up on myself. I love how comfortable she makes you feel even if you have no idea what you're doing, because trust me I have no idea what to do in a gym. After my session with her I left the gym feeling accomplished and optimistic about my health and physique. You can really see her passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals!!

Alicia is a great instructor and motivator. Since the first class, she has helped me and guided me in the right path to becoming a better me. She's understanding, trustworthy, and hardworking. She has also helped me come out of my comfort zone with the way I exercise and eat. I recommend Alicia to anyone because she makes sure that you're meeting your goals and for that I thank her.
