- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I don't exceed expectations......don't pay me. This has never happened but I want this risk free for you. One thing I've learned over the years by working at gyms is they bait you and suck whatever money from your pockets that they can. The choice to hire a trainer should be an investment in yourself and not looked at as "how many times will it take" decision. Consistency is key......do not spend money you don't have and don't commit time you don't have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying needs Assessing the body Developing a systematic plan and executing it. Injury prevention always first before worrying about strength. Everyone is built from the ground up like a house no matter what level they feel they are. The process leads to the event.....don't just try to skip straight to the event....equations don't work that way.
