Rob has worked on my Mac and my Dell laptop several times, installing various software upgrades, as well as physical memory. He supported my business computer and my personal laptop. He was extremely thorough removing all of the adware and other programs which greatly slowing down my PC. Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the problems, keeping me informed at each step in the repair progress, while patiently and respectfully addressing all of my questions. His work was timely and priced fairly.
