- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several options for training and the prices vary. My virtual sessions are priced by the month and my in person one on or group session are priced by the one hour session. I offer discounts for packages of sessions bought.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start each client with an assessment to get a feeling of their goals, their current fitness level and willingness to do what it takes to achieve goals. I review goal SMART goal setting techniques and activities to achieve those goals. In person consultations include fitness testing for endurance, strength and flexibility along with body composition, measurements and weight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified fitness instructor through The American Council on Exercise and a certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America. I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness field teaching classes and providing one on one training.
