- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all varies on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meeting with my client and go over what their needs are. Ask them what they are hoping to acheive through this process. Then I talk about their personal style; what they like and what they don't like. Finally I set a date for us to shop together or if they prefer I do it on my own. For closet makeovers, I do the same steps but I set aside more time and go through the cleaning of the closet with the client make three piles: keep, donate, and sell. From there I build on the wardrobe that is kept.

I have worked on shows such as The Nate Berkus Show and Style Network's How Do I Look? Some of my styling work has also been published in magazines such as Disfunction, Jute, and BeautyLaunchPad.
