Natasha is amazing. She is prompt at responses, requests, and questions you might have. You can come in with the idea of what you want EXACTLY or you can just have an idea and she will investigate.
I remember before asking her, feeling intensely stressed at the prospect at planning a trip. And as soon as I handed it over I knew I had NOTHING to worry about.
For the last two years, I have taken a trip abroad that she has planned for me. They were not just wonderful and FUN but both trips affected me for months afterwards (they still are).
