Introduction: Beat the Hustle is about pushing yourself to be at your optimal level. With more than 10 years experience in many facets of fitness industry, I am NASM certified and specialize mostly in strength training. In addition, I incorporate plyometrics, conditioning and endurance training, and innovative training into my regime.
I enjoy pushing myself and others to meet and exceed goals. I have competed in several powerlifting competitions, and recently a mud run. Currently, I am preparing for a classic physique show in September, but also gearing up to compete in the Crossfit open next March. To me, setting goals is most necessary because it creates accountability. As your coach, my goal is to assist you to reach and exceed your fitness goals!
