- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My daily flat rates are highly individualized, depending on the variety of different dishes and extras you desire, such as drinks, desserts, snacks, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with you on your health and wellness goals via the meals that I prepare for you, so the first step is to have a free consultation with you to gain clarity around these goals, likes/dislikes and allergies before creation of a meal plan customized for your lifestyle. Then we set cook dates in accordance with your schedule and you decide if you want the food delivered or made in your home. I will research and draft a meal plan before emailing it to you for approval. Upon approval I will then shop at local farmer’s markets and specialty grocery stores cherry-picking the highest quality produce and products. I will prepare the meals and label them in-home or deliver them to your home or office. Enjoy! Begin eating delicious meals that are aligned with your health goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained and taught at the world's premier plant-based culinary academy, Plantlab Culinary. I taught students from all around the world the magic of both raw and cooked plant-based cuisine for more than three years.
