Brad stepped in to train me last summer when I decided I wanted to make a huge train in my health and fitness. He took the time to sit down and talk to me, discuss what exactly my goals were and was very honest and open about what it would take to achieve them. His knowledge of macronutrient is amazing and helped so much when matching up my meal plans to the level/types of workouts I was doing. Every time I would stagnate, he would rush to change up my routine so that I would continue on the path to success. Brad isn't one of those trainers who will beat around the bush when it comes to discipline. He helped me see that the hard work and dedication has to come from yourself and no one else. I've made so much progress, and am close to achieving my goals, but as Brad likes to remind everyone: "the work is never over. You can always be better if you want to be."

Back in January of 2016 I decided to make a change for the better and get in shape. Terence helped me achieve my goal through weightlifting and a lifestyle change in diet. I lost 25lbs and decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition with Terence's help. His knowledge of proper diet, exercise, and competition training is unparallel to any other trainer. There is no way I could have achieved any of my fitness goals without him.
