- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer one free consultation and after we can communicate how you would like to move forward so there is no pressure up front so sign up. The consult can be a light workout while we go over any questions we have for each other or just meeting at a cafe to talk, completely your preference. I prefer to keep things very laid back and just to get to know each other first. Your fitness journey is very personal to you and It is important to me that you feel completely comfortable with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing personal training for over 9 years now. Doing various internships at functional fitness gyms and traveling and doing various certifications. I have 4 years experience coaching and programming at a Crossfit gym where I coached both general classes as well as Olympic Lifting specific classes. I am constantly learning and relearning and truly enjoy it.
