    Thank you Lisa for a fast sale
    I decided to sell the last of my income property. I contacted Lisa. She gave me a fair acceptable price for my income property. Explain her marketing technique and the plans that were available. Lisa had on offfer before it was even entered in the MLS. Awesome job Lisa. Furthermore she goes above and beyond her duties. Making sure that papers were all signed properly, financing was clean. The closing was so very smooth and easy. Couldn't believe how fast it all went. Thanks to Lisa and her expertise in all areas of selling. I was able to not worry about one thing.

    Lisa is a very helpful, caring agent. She took me house hunting on a holiday! I can't say that for many people. She cared about my safety being a young single woman in an unfamiliar big city, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that she let me ride with her to look at houses since I was not familiar with the area. She was so wonderful, honest and efficient in being my agent that I hired her again when I needed to upgrade to a bigger home!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers: After gathering information over the phone, it's time to list. We will come to your home for professional photos and have your listing live within 48 hours. We will schedule your first open house at that appointment to get your home sold quickly! All of this is done for just $599 rather than a percentage. Buyers: After speaking on the phone, we use client connect (the MLS) to begin the searching process of available homes. This is important to ensure you are not looking at homes online that are not available. We will begin looking at homes together. When the right home is found, we will represent you all the way through the process and at closing hand you a check!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe that with the help of technology, it is not necessary to compromise quality when saving money. I began in the housing industry in 1998 after an extensive, successful sales career. I have always been drawn to this industry since I was very young. I have just the right mix of backgrounds to assist my clients to a successful closing. My background includes over 15 years of lending experience, divisional management of new home construction sales and ultimately, existing home sales in the flat fee market. It is fulfilling to offer great service combined with savings! Your service should not be compromised in an effort to save money!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a mortgage lender for over 15 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone interested in saving money. This includes buyers and sellers in the luxury market as well as first time home buyers. We all deserve equal service and the opportunity to save.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are considering listing with a flat fee or discount company, be sure you have a clear understanding of what you will pay throughout the process not just to get your home on the MLS. There are often "ala carte" charges for negotiation and contracting. There are NO hidden fees with Flat Fee Pros.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you are buying, be sure you choose an agent that fits your sense of urgency or can be appropriately patient and has the experience to assist you as you may encounter bumps along the way.
