As an aging firefighter (volunteer), some of the demands of our infrequent tasks were starting to get a bit more demanding both in training and on scenes. Working with Sahar as just a motivational friend , wanting to see people better themselves, has paid big, direct dividends. Trainings seem less demanding. Just last week, I was on a call with fire and smoke on the 5th floor of an apartment building. I made that those steps 4X in 70# of gear, and even had to wait at the top for some of the youngsters to catch up!

As someone who is not new to a gym or workout regimen, I can vouch for Sahar as being patient, gentle, and very guiding as to techniques and procedures behind a workout regimen. She has introduced me to propper squatting techniques that I didn't know before. She is also an amazing human being!
