Stephen is a well trained, disciplined, and highly knowledgeable Personal Trainer. He will get you results that you desire, if you stick to his routines. He really, really enjoys his work, and it shows at each and evey session, without cutting any corners. I am 100% satisfied with the training that I have received from him. He is not intimidating, but motivates you to reach your set goals..He is by far one of the best personal trainers in the Atlanta area. He puts the "PERSONAL" into his training, it's all about the client and meeting or exceeding the set goals..I would double highly, recommend Stephen to anyone who's looking for an experienced personal trainer and is serious about getting positive results. With his fitness knowledge and experience, I definitely place him in the top of his class, when it comes to Personal Training.

I worked out with Sk training and I received immediate results. He gives great consulting advice and he cares about your fitness goals. I lost 10. Pounds in 3weeks. Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises. He is very knowledgeable in how the overall training impacts different parts of the body and I saw results within the first 4 weeks! He has pushed me outside of my limits to do things that I did not realize that I could do and has made me more confident in navigating equipment in the gym when working out on my own. If you want results and someone that can elevate you to a new plateau in your workout, Stephen’s your guy!
