You must, simply, choose to fight for what you want now, instead of fighting against what you don’t want later. My name is Tony Craig – Born and originated from Tulalip and raised in the PNW. I have a fire and passion behind what I do, like nobody else. I study programming daily and discover solutions to those everyday struggles on the entire fitness approach. Today with the growing market for the health and fitness industry, it’s difficult to understand – proper form, structure, rest intervals, weight and repetition ratio, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, micronutrients. The list goes on and on with numerous decades of science-based studies – it may seem overwhelming! That’s why I do what I do, I’m here to cut out the guesswork. I have designed and written books that we utilize to help you understand all points of living a healthful lifestyle. It is my absolute goal to provide you with all the tools, resources, tips, tricks and hacks to get to your fitness goals and beyond. No more flailing away at those seemingly distant goals. Did you know that sometimes even a trainer needs a trainer? I myself am a personal trainer and needed a little spark in my own training. Tony listened to what I wanted to work toward and designed an incredible program that helped me quickly accomplish goals I've been working on for so long on my own. Since we live around 1200 miles apart, he utilizes cutting edge technology to deliver programs, check my form, and progress. This allowed him to tweak as we go to prevent any stalls or setbacks. Thank you Coach! If you're looking for that edge, or even an experienced trainer to help you begin your fitness journey, trust me when I say this guy over- delivers! No cookie cutter programs, genuinely cares about your goals and solid advice! Tony will get you there!

The passion, and the fire Tony has is astounding!!! I've been striving to gain strength and lose stubborn fat with a previous trainer was to no avail. I found Tony thru an online video that he did and then ran into his profile on thumb tack, I took it as a sign that I should start training with him. The knowledge I've gained and the tools he has equipped me with are life skills that I can carry on with me and build on. I highly recommend starting immediately.

The prices, value, quality of work, follow through, and knowledge that Tony provides when working with me has him at the top of the list of trainers! I have trained with him for 4 months online and have made significant increases in strength and decrease in pant sizes. If only I was closer and in his area, i would work in his training studio for 1on1 sessions, but am completely satisfied with his systems to help me progress to my fitness goals.
