FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process for working with a new customer is to set up a free in home estimate. During this time we get to know the customer and have them get a feel for us as well. We walk the house/apartment and discuss whatever is needed. gives us a opportunity to answer whatever questions the customer would like from us.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Past experiences and bad business dealings with other moving companies. Many companies bid low to get the business. But once out on move day the move seems to go longer and once the bill is presented the charge is now 2 times more than originally given. We do not do that we estimate the move worse case scenario if the guys get done earlier then the price is adjusted and if the move goes over cause of us miscalculating then you do not pay for it.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you can. Ask for them to come out and walk with them every room in the house.
