Introduction: Jamie is an 200-ERYT, and has been teaching yoga since 2009. Along her journey of learning more about yoga and fitness, her body began to develop autoimmune disorders. Instead of taking yoga out of her life, she decided to adapt yoga to different needs. Chronic pain is constant in her life, but yoga and essential oils are key in bringing down the perception of pain, as well as inflammation in the body. Jamie loves to use props and creativity to make yoga accessible to virtually any person. I love helping people feel better, and reach their goals. Fitness is not only about the physical body, it includes emotional mindsets. I like to encourage participants into reaching their goals, and shifting their negative thoughts to a more positive goal.

Jamie always has her classes well thought out and planned. We always end on time, having done warmup, sun salutations, strength work, stretching and a great savasana. She gives several different levels for most moves so that students from beginner to advanced get a good workout.

I love Jamie! She is an excellent yoga instructor. I look forward to attending her class every week. She has a lot of knowledge about the body and yoga and offers so many different options for people facing all sorts of challenges. By far the best yoga class I've ever taken. I hope she never stops teaching!

I had the privilege of taking yoga classes from Jamie for several years at my church. Every single session with her was planned and thought out carefully, and yet she was always receptive to the needs of the class and would change things up to reflect what we needed. She always had soothing music, and an encouraging and usually biblical message as an added bonus for reflection and added peacefulness. I always left her class feeling calm and relaxed, as if I had had a massage. She's the best!
