FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For homeowners paying directly out of pocket, we always submit a very fair and honest estimate based off of today’s fair market value for materials and labor. New View Roofing and insurance companies nationwide use software called Xactimate, which extracts today’s fair market value for materials and labor to get the job done properly. So, when evaluating a roofing company to replace your roof due to an insurance claim, almost all quality roofers will be the same price based on Xactimate’s fair market value. For homeowners filing insurance claims, it’s important to know that accepting a lower bid does not save you money - it saves money for the insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new customers face-to-face to uncover all needs and address any questions and concerns upfront. I'm hoping to build trust and to convey that their best interests are always in mind.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of different people on all types of different projects, including: roof repair/replacement, gutters, siding, foundations, decks, fencing, window and screens. We can accommodate every type of roofing material, and work with both residential and commercial clients.
