- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a standard pricing system. There are some cases that I will just charge a flat fee. There were other cases where I charge an hourly rate. If I am charging a flat fee, there may be an additional charge, if we proceed to a full jury trial or bench trial. I will also remind the client when may be throwing good money after bad money
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Labor Studies. I have a Juris Doctorate. I worked in the real world, for 12 years before I got my bachelors degree.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all types of customers. It would be hard for me to think of a type of customer that I did not work with.
