- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on how far i have to travel and how often were working out, my typical fee is $30/hr. I have Group and Partner pricing available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with background information such as prior workout history, injuries & health restrictions, and GOALS! After our initial workout I start to individualize the workouts to target your specific needs and correct any muscular imbalances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE Certified Personal Trainer. and CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
