Introduction: I work year-round, but I am especially busy during peak vacation times in the summer and during holidays. During those times, I am usually busy on the telephone planning trips and making last-minute itinerary changes for current customers. I also sell vacation packages from cruise lines, resorts and other destinations. During the off season, I am busy researching destinations and learning about the latest offerings of travel resorts and locations. I will also uncover new destinations and find the best trips for a particular travel purpose, whether it be business-related or for personal leisure. I Love Booking Travel! I like to work with other people and generally love helping others. I am empathetic, caring, and my sensitive nature makes me very good at understanding other people’s mood and feelings. I enjoy making people happy and creating memories.

Breeze Travels is great. I requested a quote for a 7 day cruise for my 50th birthday in Feb/2016 upon the Carnival Valor ship and it was great. I paid my deposit and had months to pay if off prior to deadline date. I received bday gift rewards for a bottle of wine, a massage and pic of my choice. I do the 3 days cruises all the time and this was my first 7 day. I had a blast and would use Breeze Travels again in the future. Thanks to Tracy Hollis, I had a great experience :-)

I usually fill out a profile sheet with the request of travel and contact several suppliers for the lowest price. Then I email the quote to my client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over five years of training and experience with several travel suppliers. I am a CLIA member.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to travel and I would book trips for friends and family successfully. I thought why not do it and make others happy to travel.
