- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Reiki and/or Energy Therapy Sessions in Mentor, Ohio and immediately surrounding areas: $60 for 45-60 minutes $30 for 30 minutes Referral program to earn free sessions. This pricing applies to all sessions, including the first session. (Please note: if you are more than 10 miles away from Mentor, additional travel fees may apply.) Essential Oil Consultations: FREE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Reiki and Energy Therapy, the first visit can be up to 1 hour and 15 minutes long. We typically spend about 15 minutes before the session talking about what the client should expect during the session and how I work. After that, a typical session usually lasts between 45-60 minutes. For an Essential Oils consultation, the first meeting is typically around 60 minutes, as there is a lot of basic information that is taught and shared at this first meeting. After that, sessions can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on individual needs and wellness goals.
