Introduction: Hello - I'm Gina and I opened The Wedding Ambassador after working in the wedding industry for 15 years. My experience in almost every facet of weddings, gives me a unique understanding of all the "moving parts" of the wedding and what's needed to create the best possible event. We provided service to over 40 couples last year. Most of our business comes through referrals and other platforms. We are fairly new to Thumbtack, so are in the process of getting former clients to leave a review here. We offer wedding ceremony officiants, day of coordinating services and vendor referrals, providing professional service allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy your big day. Gina made our wedding day such a seamless success. She was such a quintessential element of the entire day, and we acknowledge that with so many vendors and moving parts, it was far from an easy feat! Thank you, Gina, for not only helping make everything happen (and so smoothly that we didn't even know about any hiccups or bumps along the way...thank goodness), but for being such a gracious MC throughout the evening. Guests LOVED Gina (obviously)--and that made all the difference throughout the reception. She were such a key part of our evening, and we can't thank her enough. Gina also coordinated bringing in a DJ for our reception. We've been to many weddings and music-featuring events, and can rarely say we've seen a DJ respond so quickly and perfectly to the crowd's mood. He changed songs at a perfect frequency (which is hard to manage for people like me who love fast changes while also giving the crowd a chance to enjoy each song as it plays), and played SUCH a great assortment. We're still getting comments from guests about how much fun they had dancing, and we couldn't believe how many people ended up on the dance floor that evening. Keep in mind that half our guests were musicians, and this compliment should mean even more! Again, we couldn't have done it without Gina. She was spectacular.

Gina is amazing! She coordinated and helped to plan and organize everything for my wedding. She was very knowledgeable and helped take some stress off of the planning process. Gina made sure every detail of my wedding was perfect and went above and beyond for me. I don't know what I would have done without her! She is truly an amazing wedding coordinator with an affordable price.

Gina worked with us for our wedding this past April 28th at the Omni Montelucia Scottsdale Resort. She was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding special. She met with us and spent a lot of time creating a ceremony that was unique to us. She responds right away to any messages and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for officiating and coordinating! She did an amazing job and we had many compliments from guests.

Gina was such an amazing person to have at our wedding. We had her as our officiant and the host during the reception as well. From the first time we met her we knew she would make our special day amazing. We had a little different wedding than your tipically wedding. Ours was football themed as that is how we met. She went along with it the whole way. She even went our and purchased a referee uniform for our ceremony! Gina also had many great ideas to incorporate into the ceremony and the reception. We could seriously go on and on about things she did. Thanks to her and how she did the hosting we didn't have to worry about a thing. We even had guest come up to us, that have been married in the past 10 years or so, come up and tell us how they wished they had done similar things that Gina recommended. Things like having tables write a poem. We thought this sounded silly but it is really a great activity. Groups have so much fun with this and some tables have poems that will have you laughing for years to come. We would recommend Gina for sure!! Thanks again Gina for such an amazing day!!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is probably somewhere in the middle. We offer a personalized service at a reasonable and affordable price. We spend time creating the perfect ceremony for our couples and don't offer a "cookie cutter" script that's been done 1000's of times before! We provide practical suggestions that come from experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We most often meet with potential new clients and offer a free 30 minute face to face or virtual consultation. This enables us to get to know each other a little and see if our working styles and thought processes compliment one another.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with couples who are in love! We are a firm believer that love is Grand and that is what we are helping our couples to plan and celebrate.
