- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No refunds. I spend time and resources dedicated to making your goals possible. Your session costs go directly back into your training experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessments are taken before to make sure we are tracking progress. After an initial strategy session we’ll work through what the program will look like, and a rough time frame. From there objective and subjective assessments will be done every 6 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
