FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer monthly training plans that work on a 30 day billing cycle. This works better for you because: You have more incentive to make all your sessions for the month and stay on top of your goals. No penalties for last minute reschedules. I work hard to accommodate people's crazy schedules. Session price comes way down this way depending on the package. The more sessions, the lower the per session price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet people for a Health and Fitness consultation before we begin any training to discuss health history, expectations, goals, schedule, etc. This usually takes less than an hour at a time and place where we can be comfortable and communicate easily ( I have a local coffee shop as a preference but am always open to suggestions.) This also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions and evaluate your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise, Flexibility Training, and a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist. I am also a HEMAA Certified Fencing Instructor in Italian Long Sword and bring my background in martial arts to my Personal Training to keep sessions challenging, engaging and fun.
