- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the moving industry everyday is a different customer for the most part we always introduce ourselves with a smile and a handshake. After we have introduced ourselves we will do a pre move walkthrough what the client to see what furniture items are going or not going to inspect furniture for prior damage and just get the basic layout of the house that we will be moving in. After this we will go over the customer with our pre move contract and sign proper documents as far as release of liabilities explain billing process with client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
