- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You pay a flat rate and after answering a few questions I will tailor a workout program and detailed nutrition program to get you on the path to your your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My services are conducted primarily online. It is a highly effective program that is not limited to 500 for 10 sessions for example. once you pay the flat rate, and we gauge how many days you can train, then I send you a program based on that. so if you can do 5 or 6 days per week then that's how many workouts that I will send you. There are systems that I put in place in order to help you stay accountable and stay on track throughout the 5 weeks. So you get to work out as much as you can do I those 5 weeks, with detailed instructions and a proven method for great progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology, and a Personal Training certification, as well as a certified nutrition specialist certificate and I am currently working on a health coaching certification.
