Wilberg Studio of Voice

Introduction: My teaching philosophy is built on the importance of education, experience, and a passion for music. I believe that through a classical foundation, any genre can be achieved and enhanced. In your lessons we will also cover sight singing, music theory, and music history. All lessons are taught by Ariel Wilberg. Native Wisconsinite, Soprano Ariel Wilberg received her Bachelors in Music-Voice Performance in May 2014 from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, where she received summa cum laude honors. In August of 2014 Miss Wilberg moved to the cities to study for her Masters of Music-Voice Performance at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where she is expected to graduate in May of 2016. Miss Wilberg has a lengthy history of performance in opera, classical solo, music theater, and vocal jazz. Some of her most notable roles include, Cio-Cio San (Madama Butterfly), Madam Goldentrill (The Impresario), Poppea (The Coronation of Poppea), Lily St. Regis (Annie), and Rapunzel (Into the Woods). Recently, Miss Wilberg was cast as Alice Ford (Falstaff) in Novafeltria, Italy. Miss Wilberg has also been involved in choral singing; singing for many years at many different venues as well as performing in many world premieres. Miss Wilberg was an adjunct professor of voice at Southwestern Minnesota State University and has been on faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she teaches their summer Solo Voice Camp.
