The personal attention that I received from the trainer was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the daily updates from the trainer. The exercise videos made each technique easy to learn. The customized workouts were well organized and fit my schedule perfectly. My trainer constantly changed the routines so I was able to loose weight and gain lean muscle. I was able to reach my goal in the time that he stated. The best thing about this program is I feel I have a personal trainer that really knows what I need. The workouts are challenging and effective. I never thought I could be so motivated to workout with the help of an app.

Ray has kept me in shape for the past 15 years. He is patient because I complain excessively at times. He makes exercise modifications when I refuse to do something and he switches up routines so I'm not bored. He has trained me for various events and as a result I always met my goals. I'm in post baby body mode now and he is helping me shed the pounds through a routine that I can easily accomplish on my own in between sessions. He gives excellent nutritional advice along with the routine so you can meet your goals. His prices have always been comparable to other trainers. If you need a trainer I highly recommend Ray.

Gives you a good workout while being responsive to your specific needs and limitations. I have severe arthritis in my hips and Ray conforms workouts to accommodate my level of flexibility. The post-workout massages are an extra plus!
