Everything was done with consideration, and the planning was respectful. Luvisa made herself available throughout the week after hours. Each phase of the planning was given a time table that never became stressful. Luvisa negotiated with our budget in mind the entire process, always finding the best without compromising. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are fixed for Day Of wedding coordination and partial planning but percentage base for Full wedding planning. I do charge travel fees for location more than 20 miles from my business but I also offer discounts such as 10% off when booking an off-season wedding (January through March)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to take the time to know my customers, their likes and dislikes, how they met, how he proposed, etc. So I always schedule a free meet and greet session to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified at QC career school as an International Event & Wedding Professional as well as an International Event Decorating Professional.
