Introduction: As both a certified Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I specialize in beginner weight training, as well as, advanced muscle and strength gain. Whether you are starting from the ground up or looking to elevate your results, we will work together in designing an enjoyable and effective exercise program that leads you to your true potential. I believe it's essential to meet my athletes where they are at and take purposeful steps in the direction of their goals enabling them for success. My role in improving my athletes' quality of life is that of an educator, motivator and designer of personalized fitness programs. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one's strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which invariably lead to better appearance, positive outlook on life and enhanced self-esteem. I hold a strong belief that physical fitness is a fundamental component to achieving everything else we want in life and I enjoy being able to show people how the effects of exercise can overflow into other aspects of their lives. A client of mine that is a software engineer (36 yrs) came to me because he was tired of living his life behind a computer screen. Spending most of his time working on his computer and his free time playing computer games, he became dissatisfied with the body and life he had developed. He wanted to add muscle to his build and lose body fat. Together we were able to improve his body composition and decrease 7% of his body fat and add 6 lbs of lean muscle mass in 6 months. My client recently went on vacation to Cuba and said he never felt more confident walking on beach revealing muscle tone he never knew he could have. He now has a more positive outlook on life, engages in more social activities, and has fallen in love with fitness as his new hobby.

Christina is an awesome trainer!! I highly recommend her for people who want to see results. Here are some of the greatest parts about her: - she will fit the workout to your preference or physical abilities but still get a lot of work out of you. In my case I have a low blood pressure which kicked in our earliest sessions (I had to sit down sometimes). Christina changed our workout to have some sitting down workouts so I didn't waste time on doing nothing. - she will help you be healthy outside of the gym. She has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and she always advice on how to improve on eating/drinking better. - she changes the workouts often so I never get bored. There is always something new! - she is very fun to work with! I never thought I would be happy to go to the gym, but she changed it! Overall, with Christina I started from basically no muscles to pretty strong in a year. I can't thank her enough for all the effort!!

Christina is an awesome trainer! I have loved working out with her. She is fun and super adaptive. After working out with her, I have doubled the weight I could squat and deadlift. Beyond being an awesome trainer, she is an equally awesome person. Always fun and smiling.

Christina is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. She's very friendly, easy to talk to and helped me achieve my fitness goals in ways I wouldn't have been able to alone. I've tried multiple trainers; where other trainers only seemed to care about getting me in to train for 30 minutes every week, Christina taught me the fundamentals I needed to understand how to build my own workouts, and how to motivate myself. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
