FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal training programs vary greatly in their content and scheduling. I keep my prices very low, and they are significantly discounted for clients purchasing a training package or for the clients I see on a recurring basis. I offer an additional discount for college students and an obscenely deep discount for police and school teachers as part of our Vital Systems training program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always an informal conversation. We find out your goals and your current progress and go from there. We do an initial consultation free of charge which includes some questions and brainstorming. If things click pretty quickly sometimes we get into some exercise that day. The goal of the consultation will be to figure out if I am right for you and what package best suits you.
