I have been training with Tony twice a week for over a year now. I have been extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend his ability to assess weakness and develop plans to overcome them. I have seen my technique improve, my PRs have steadily been increasing, and I'm able to do things now that I never had been able to do previously. I attribute these results directly to his coaching. He remembers the little details like the type of music I like to listen to while working and knows how to push just hard enough to make the relationship a partnership for long term improvement.
