I met Dylan at a parade last year and have been training with him ever since. We never do the same workout twice and he listens about what areas I want to work on. Here is our workout from this morning: 30 mins class 2 mins warm up 3 mins teach moves 30 seconds each Mountain climbers Bicycle Trunk rotations Wood chops Bird dog Plank Rest 30 X 5 circuits Sent from my iPad

I've trained with them 3 days a week for 3 weeks and am happy so far. Dylan really kicks my butt every session and that's what I wanted.

I met Dylan at a volleyball tournament and hired him to train me as I was nearing my 40th bday and didn't want to feel over the hill. We work together 3 days a week and while he is a very laid back guy, he's extremely knowledgeable and he pushes me to go the extra mile. I've been really pleased with the Changes I've seen since I began training with him and his prices are half of what most certified trainers ask.

I found Dylan on Craigslist and he asked me to write him a review on here. I used to be athletic I'm high school but became inactive in college and worse with a desk job. I workout with Dylan 3 nights a week and we do a mix of circuit training for cardio and strength. He gives me free advice for my diet and I've seen good results. He was the motivation I needed and I'm glad I hired him.

I had a friend who took tennis class with Dylan and I hired him to train me before my wedding as I wanted to look good on the beach during my honeymoon. To show my developing six-pack, Dylan explained I need to burn off belly fat that tends to hide the muscles underneath. I cpjld do moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking, for 30 minutes on most days of the week. Or pump up the intensity to vigorous exercise, like swimming or running, and get the same benefits in half the time. So I hired him because I'm a busy professional. I'm glad I connected with Dylan as I've been putting in the work and seeing the results.
