Ken is an excellent cello teacher!! He is patient and tolerant. He takes the time to explain the details & the history of the instrument, the music, finger positions, bow and everything to do with learning a new instrument. Would recommend him to anyone, especially if you are learning late in life!!

We feel so lucky to have Ken as our daughter's cello teacher. He has a gift for connecting with kids, finding creative, clever ways to motivate them, and believing in every child's potential to improve and grow musically. He has a wonderful, fun, calm, friendly way, yet he keeps the lessons very focused and he knows how to draw out the best from his students. We hope he'll be able to teach our daughter for many years to come.

Our son Marko has been studying cello with Ken for the last two years, since he was four years old. Ken has been a terrific teacher for Marko, always finding creative ways to keep his attention and be excited about playing (and practicing) the cello.

Really great with teaching my 6 year old daughter who lacks focus at times. That takes talent and perseverance, which Ken has. She is making great progress and looks forward to showing up to lessons.
