- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training/ Injury prevention sessions are $150 an hour. For new clients the first session is $95. If sessions are to be purchased in bulk, a large discount will be given. Dance lessons are $125 an hour. For new clients the first session is $85. If sessions are to be purchased in bulk, a large discount will be given. Health and Wellness Coaching is $150 an hour. For new clients the first session is $95. If sessions are to be purchased in bulk, a large discount will be given. I work with and accommodate anyone who is serious, committed and not afraid of putting in the hard work to create a positive change for themselves. Life to me is about striving each day to become a better version of ourselves so we may give back to others. Sometimes we need an extra push, motivation or support to accomplish this. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step I take before beginning sessions with new clients is to schedule a consultation. After the consultation I create a customized plan for each session we will have together. In doing this, the client will be able to prepare accordingly for each session, feel comfortable coming in each and every session and will increase a success rate for achieving goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of professional fitness and dance experience. l acquired several fitness certifications over the years, including but not limited to AFAA, NASM, YogaFit, Several Dance Format Certification's, Pilates Mat, Mad Dogg Spin and CPR/ AED. Over the years I have lead successful careers in performing, choreographing, personal training, instructing group exercise and now I am the creator and founder of Pon De FLO which just opened it's first location in NYC on January 1st 2017.
