- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 options for sessions: online, hybrid (both online & in-person personal training) and all in-person training. Prices: (per month) -Online $397 -Hybrid $597 -In Person $100/hr Benefits for online? -Acountability -Guidance -Support -ask unlimited questions -all workouts sent through app. -nutrition coaching as well. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First 10-15 minutes of consultation/introduction. 40 minutes of training. 5 minutes of cool-down and the last few minutes discussing goals, future sessions, and me giving out advice at how to kick-butt at life. OR If you would like to add on the nutrition coaching, which I recommend, it would be 15 minutes more and this would be before the workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and certified TRX trainer. I also recently received my nutrition certificate from Precision Nutrition, the #1 certification company. I am constantly learning new workout routines and nutrition ideas so I can best serve my clients. I am a nerd when it comes to learning more about new exercise routines and how the body works. I like to focus on bodyweight training when it comes to weight loss & general fitness. When you compare it to regular strength training with dumbbells, it beats it out of the park!
