Introduction: I'm Nancy, I was a professional dancer and have been training for many years. I love helping clients reach their goals, I tend to work slow and methodical, paying attention to what your body needs. Sessions include a mix of Pilates, Yoga, Weights, Dynamic Movements, HITT and lots of stretching. I enjoy helping clients learn about their bodies, rehab from injuries as well as work with pre and postnatal clients. I also do health and wellness coaching - I believe everything is connected - spiritually, physically, emotionally- and help clients find ways to live a more balanced, grounded lifestyle.
