- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My services are included in the of the fitness program and nutrition supplement. If you enjoy group training then I can give you a discount at a gym I work for in Newington, CT. Message me for more info.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First 10-15 minutes of consultation/introduction. 40 minutes of training. 5 minutes of cool-down and the last few minutes discussing goals, future sessions, and me giving out advice at how to kick-butt at life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM personal trainer. It is my passion to instill greatness within each person. I am constantly learning new workout routines and nutrition ideas so I can best serve my clients.
